Projects include single, two and three storey extensions to private homes and new house builds ranging in size from 350 ft2 to 8,000 ft2 floor space. Our most recent large residential project, converting a 1970’s flat roof box shaped dwelling into a beautiful 4 storey Victorian Villa on the beach overlooking the river in Lytham was a winner in the North West Regional Building Excellence Awards. Extensions to commercial premises include, hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, brassieres, retail shops, offices, car showrooms, motorcycle showrooms and offices to name a few. We have completed a few commercial new build sites with between 4-7 buildings on each site, including Wyder Court at Millenium City Park in Preston for Wyder Group, Trident Business Park for Sherwood Skelly Business Properties including a 25,000sq.ft. steel assembly workshop with offices on the recently extended area of Blackpool Airport. We are currently working on a 7 building commercial development in Bispham, Blackpool for iCare Land Developments and new car showrooms in Wigan for Chorley Nissan Group.

We have a wealth of technical building knowledge to ensure your project complies with current building regulations and codes of practice and we endeavour to keep abreast of new and innovative design and energy saving construction techniques. We are always keen where possible to specify the latest technology such as air source or ground source heat pumps linked to under floor heating systems, solar domestic hot water heating systems, heat recovery ventilation systems, photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting for grey water use and so on. In some cases it has been possible to design buildings that are that efficient that they don’t require central heating systems.
